SHIPPING & CUSTOMS:


When will my order be processed?

All customer orders are processed and shipped by our USA facilities team. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 1-3 business days for shipping & delivery in the United States. We will send you a confirmation email & tracking number once your order package is processed and is shipped. Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore we do not guarantee delivery dates but do not worry, we will always do our best to deliver on time and on target.


Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, import duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are customers' responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.


Where do we ship to?

We are planning to ship internationally in the near future. Currently, we are only shipping within the United States.


Do I have to pay for shipping?

There are several cost effective shipping options available at checkout, which does include a $0.00 (FREE SHIPPING) option.


Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer express and priority shipping.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. All payments are processed through a secured checkout process.

All prices are listed in USD.

What if I haven’t received my package?

  • Check all external locked mailboxes.
  • Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you (always provide your tracking number to them).
  • If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at info@yoursoulpurpose.co with your order number in the subject field.



RETURNS & REFUNDS:


How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days from receiving your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@yoursoulpurpose.co with your order number in the subject field, as well as the reason for your return. Once your return is received and inspected, our info-support staff will review the return request. After inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will send further instructions if the return is approved, or notify you that your refund has been rejected. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.


Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.


What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number in the subject field, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.


How long is the returns process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.


When will I receive my refund (if applicable)?

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank, or credit company, with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account. You should usually see your refund within 3-5 business days.
